I have a terrible pain in my stomach. I couldn't sleep last night. 我肚子很痛，昨天晚上我都不能入睡。

I couldn't sleep because of the pain. 我痛得无法入眠。

B: Do you have any appetite? 你有食欲吗？

A: Not too much. 不太有。

No appetite at all. 一点食欲也没有。

Not too much of an appetite. 不太有食欲。

Normal appetite. 我的食欲很好。
