There are three types of skin cancer, all can be prevented with a few simple steps. Avoid the sun between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. If you must go out, wear a wide-brimmed hat. Use sunscreen regularly. An SPF of 30 blocks about 96 percent of the sunburning rays, and make sure it's put on correctly. 目前皮肤癌有三种类型，预防它们只需简单的几步。避开上午10：00到下午4：00的阳光。如果必须到户外的话，一定要戴上宽沿帽，经常使用防晒霜。SPF 30的防晒霜可阻挡96%的紫外线，并且还要确保正确的使用方法。

Pay special attention to moles that have changed and rough, red areas that may be pre-cancerous lesions. If caught early, these spots can be treated in the doctor's office.
