No town in Britain is more than eighty miles from the sea and there are seaside resorts all round the coast. 英 国 没 有 一 个 城 镇 距 海 滨 超 过 80 英 里， 沿 海 岸 线 海 滨 胜 地 星 罗 棋 布。

On a summer Sunday most of the roads that lead to the sea are congested with cars full of people eager to get a breath of sea air. 夏 季 周 末， 大 部 分 通 往 海 滨 的 路 上 都 是 车 水 马 龙， 到 处 是 想 到 海 边 呼 吸 新 鲜 空 气 的 人。
