To those new States whom we welcome to the ranks of the free, we pledge our words that one form of colonial control shall not have passed away merely to be replaced by a far more iron tyranny. 对 那 些 我 们 欢 迎 其 加 入 到 自 由 行 列 中 来 的 新 国 家， 我 们 恪 守 我 们 的 誓 言： 决 不 让 一 种 更 为 残 酷 的 暴 政 来 取 代 一 种 消 失 的 殖 民 统 治。
