The word "Yankee" is about 300 years old. It was first used as a nickname for the colonists who settled in New England. “扬 基 佬” 这 个 词 已 有 三 百 年 左 右 的 历 史 了。 这 个 绰 号 起 初 用 于 称 呼 在 新 英 格 兰 定 居 的 移 民。
