This has caused serious problems with customers who were not prepared to wait. The quality of the blue shirts is very unsatisfactory and many of our customers have returned them. You sent us twelve red shirts which we did not order . We will return the inadequate shirts. The late delivery appears to have been due to a shipping company error. The order was sent to our warehouse on the day we received the order from you and the goods were sent to your three days later. The delay, must have obviously taken place after this. I am very sorry about your other two complaints. Please do return the poor quality shirts and the red shirts which you did not order. We shall, of course, credit you with their value. I would like to express my regret for these mistakes and say that I shall do everything I can to make sure errors do not occur again.
