You must have three days' complete rest. 必须全休三天。

B:Do I have to be hospitalized? 我得住院吗?。

D:Your case is not very serious, and you needn't to be hospitalized, 你的病情不严重，不必住院，

but you should stay in bed. 但必须卧床休息。
