Everyone wants to be happy, but many things happen in our lives to make us sad. 每个人都想快乐,但是生活中许多事让我们悲伤。

Our favourite pets can die, we can do poorly at school, close friends can move out of town.我们最喜爱的宠物死了,我们在学校成绩不好,亲密的朋友将搬离城镇。

When a loved one dies or when we deal with divorce or other serious difficulties in life, we all feel sad for a time, and grieving can help us work through the problem. 当爱人去世,生活中遇到离婚或其他重大的困难时,我们都会悲伤一段时间,忧伤可以帮我们度过这段困难时期。
