MRS. BENNETT: This new job-how long will it last? I just hope this is a better idea than your move to Los Angeles. You didn't like it there.
JEFF: I hope so too, Mom.
MRS. BENNETT: I know you're going to be successful.
JEFF: It's my first starring role. But this show is going to be a hit. If I stay, I can make good money and I'm going to get bigger roles in the future. I know it.
MRS. BENNETT: Are you going to work all the time, or are you going to have time to meet people?
JEFF: You mean, am I going to have time to meet girlfriends?
MRS. BENNETT: Well. . .
JEFF: Living closer to work will give me more free time. Anyway, it's easier to meet girls here than in New York.
MRS. BENNETT: Good.
JEFF: This new job is my big break. It's a bigger role than anything I had in New York. And it's more exciting role than anything I had in Los Angeles.
This is my chance to make it big in television. I want my parents to be proud of me. I think I can do a good job.
But I'm the star, and I'm a little scared. Steven Winn - I don't know what he thinks of me. But Linda Marino - she's friendlier than he is. And more helpful.
I'm going to like working with her. Actually, I think I'm going to like working with everyone here.
